Process
Applying for a position should not be an anxious process! To ease your mind, here's what you can expect!
Complete the online form. From there, our HR bot will scan your CV for spelling and grammar, download your 3 most embarrassing Facebook images, and send "Should we hire?" to build your initial profile. Just kidding.
We manually review (with humans) your resume to determine if you have the skillset for the position you applied for.
If selected, we will set up an initial interview to get a better understanding of you! You'll likely be quizzed on some of the basics of the position you're applying for, as well as your personal interests.
This is your chance to demonstrate your skillset! We'll work through some problems together to evaluate your fit for the position.
Congrats, you got the job! You can expect an offer letter within a few days. And if you weren't selected, we'll let you know so you're not in limbo.
