Introduction To The System

Return-It Express is an easy and convenient way for British Columbians to do their part when it comes to recycling. With this system, a customer does not need to count or sort their containers. Instead, they can simply bag, tag, and drop them off at an Express Depot. From there, the depot will count the containers and credit the customer's Express account with the refund. Customers can then request an Interac e-Transfer to receive their refund.

How LT3 Made A Difference For Express

LT3 gathered business requirements, visited site locations, documented operations, designed and built the data model, application layer, and front-end UI. Numerous additions have been made since 2013, including promotional contests, Interac e-Transfers, and detailed reporting.
